From video-editing to filmmaking, here you’ll find some of my work.
The aim of this project was to create a short video of a location or a profession. My group members and I decided to make our video on a restaurant and how it functioned. While creating this video we were able to realize what all hardships these restaurants have to go through so as to get the food ready on time. This opened our eyes and helped us view restaurants in a new light.

This documentary was created for a studio project that had each student come up with and develop a documentary on their own. This project was completed with the help of Cinema Akil and the History of Cinema Museum.

This video was part of a class project where we were tasked to create video essays for films that we had watched.

This logo project was led by Fikra Designs, where we were tasked with brainstorming ideas and font designs and logos for a client. These are some of my different designs.
Through the introduction of Type, my colleagues and I were tasked with playing with the organization of different typographical elements and shapes in order to create visually satisfying compositions.
Every once in a while I attempt to push my knowledge of perspective further, while experimenting with colors.
From Pokémon fan art, to original character designs, I thoroughly enjoy illustrating characters and giving them personality.
Here’s a collection of random projects that I worked on.
The first two images are fan-made illustrated posters for Doctor Who and Steven Universe respectively.
The third project is a fan-made magazine cover for an illustration course. I’m not affiliated with Edge Magazine in any way, but it was fun to create a fake cover for the course.
The last project is a photography collage project, that symbolizes anxiety and panic attacks.
I’ve always been fascinated by animation. During my time at the university, I took it upon myself to learn the medium. From 2D and 3D animation courses, to an animation workshop by UAE-Based animation studio, Eating Star Studio, I gave animating a shot and here’s what I’ve been able to produce.
For my final capstone project at the university, I decided to put my visual storytelling and sequential art skills to the test, with a 57-page graphic novel entitled “Beth Served Cold”.
The entire visual narrative can be found on comic-sharing website, Tapas. https://tapas.io/episode/1392796
My university journey had many ups and downs. However, the one aspect I will always appreciate from my time there, is the work that I’ve produced. Most of the work on this page come from 2014-2015.
In order to push my storytelling skills further, I developed a script for my thesis graphic novel, Beth Served Cold. There were some adjustments made during the translation of it into a visual medium, but that’s to be expected.
